Before I begin my week's recap, a great article was recently written about me in The Daily Illini, the official newspaper for The University of Illinois- my alma mater. Click here to read it. As you know, I love anything that is written, spoken or drawn about ME. -- My past week looked like this: Tuesday night a fun bar gig in Huron, Ohio where I had the distinct pleasure of working with Miss Gayle. Like most African American women, she fell in love with me, as shown here: --

Miss Gayle was a very funny woman and as the MGD's started falling, she moved in closer. Amen!

--- Thursday night I had the HBO Comedy Festival audition in Chicago which went extremely well. I am in the process of waiting to hear back from them. Thanks to all the Ann Arborites who made the trip out to the Lincoln Lodge and a giant super thanks to Jenn Peters and the Illini for supporting me there as well. Jenn gets a special thanks because she lets me crash on her couch when I’m in town, and let’s be honest, who wants to wake up with a Michael Kosta naked on their couch (besides everyone)? More exciting news! We are in the process of adding a “Buy T-shirts” section to the web page. Yesterday we shot some photos to add to the page that showcase the shirts, here is a sample: ---

---- Lots of exciting bookings taking place this past week as well. I have confirmed 2007 dates with The Punchline in Atlanta, as well as the Rivercenter Comedy Club in San Antonio. Always fun being a comedian. Please keep checking back and for God’s sake, finish your applesauce.
